Hotel 2 Février, the only five-star hotel in Togo, has received the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
The award was officially presented on August 28, 2025, in Lomé. The audit covered guest reception, lodging, food services, and staff management. Commercial Director Serge Messan said the recognition crowns years of hard work. He added that the hotel aims to reach even higher standards.
The certificate, issued by TUV Algeria, confirms compliance with international quality norms. It is expected to boost the hotel’s reputation and attract more international clients. In 2022, the hotel generated 8.7 billion FCFA and hosted major global conferences in Lomé.
