Togo has signed a new agreement with UNIDO to support the country from 2026 to 2030. The partnership was confirmed during a UNIDO conference in Riyadh.
It will help Togo improve its industry in line with global development goals. The program focuses on better industrial management and stronger technical skills. It also promotes clean energy and environmental solutions. A key area is developing agro-industry and the Agbélouvé industrial park.
UNIDO says the support is tailored to Togo’s needs and long-term transformation. The government believes this partnership will attract investors and boost Togo’s role as a regional industrial hub.
