Ghana has assured the global market of high-quality raw cashew nuts for the 2025/2026 season. The announcement was made by the TCDA CEO, Dr Andrews Osei Okrah, in Dubai. He spoke at the 12th World Cashew Conference attended by global industry players. He dismissed claims that Ghana’s cashew quality is poor this season. He said both quantity and quality remain strong, with a high kernel outturn ratio.
Ghana’s cashew supply chain is structured, regulated, and traceable. Exporters were urged to trade only with licensed and registered actors. New compliance officers have been deployed to enforce rules and protect farmers.
