The Togolese Centre for Exhibitions and Fairs will host the first International Cosmetic Arts Exhibition from July 2 to July 4 in Lomé. The event is being organized by the Association for Youth Development for Progress in Entrepreneurship. It will focus on promoting women’s entrepreneurship and innovation in Togo’s cosmetics industry. Organizers say the exhibition will bring together producers, processors, researchers, dermatologists, laboratories, and beauty experts. Participants will discuss ways to strengthen the use of local resources in cosmetic production.
The programme includes conferences, practical workshops, business meetings, and product exhibitions. Discussions will also cover certification standards, marketing strategies, and access to international markets. Promoter Mariam Christiane Amouzou says the initiative will help organize and develop Africa’s growing cosmetics sector.
