The Togolese Exhibition and Fair Center (CETEF) has inked a partnership with two Chinese advertising entities. The agreement, signed September 16, 2025 in Lomé, seeks to amplify CETEF’s visibility and promotional reach. It involves Sino-Africa-FENGCHI-Togo-Advertising Co and the Hebei Province Cultural Association of Enterprises.
CETEF Director General Alexandre de Souza hailed the accord as a boost to economic influence. Chinese representatives framed the deal as a step toward reshaping Togo’s urban communication landscape. Plans include deploying 20 outdoor LED screens across Lomé by 2027.
Two giant panels are already being mounted to promote the 20th Lomé International Fair. Officials indicated the pact could pave the way for further Sino-Togolese collaborations.
