The municipality of Agoè-Nyivé 5 has started work on a new local development plan. This plan will guide projects in Sanguéra over the next few years.
Local leaders, state officials, traditional chiefs, civil society, and the diaspora are all involved. They aim to improve areas like health, education, water, electricity, and roads. Mayor Enyonam Gbodzo said the plan’s success depends on everyone taking it seriously. The local prefect called it a strong step toward a better future.
Agoè-Nyivé 5 has 19 villages and nearly 39,000 people. The project is supported by GIZ and is happening in other towns too.
