The 5th edition of the Professional Insertion Forum was launched in Abidjan on January 28, 2026. It is organised by Afrique Femme with support from the Ministry of Youth and the Youth Employment Agency. The forum focuses on improving youth employment in Côte d’Ivoire. It combines training, mentorship, and financial support for young entrepreneurs. A pitch competition will award prizes between 2 and 5 million FCFA.
Strong emphasis is placed on soft skills and mindset change. A new Mentoring Day will link young graduates with experienced professionals. The forum will end on June 6, 2026, with paid internships for 70 young graduates.
