Nigeria’s Super Eagles have suffered a major blow as defender Benjamin Fredrick is set to miss the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations due to a knee injury.
The 18-year-old sustained the injury in training with his Belgian club, Dender, and will be sidelined for several weeks.
