Sports Minister Kofi Adams has praised the Black Stars for their 5–0 win over the Central African Republic. He said the players listened to advice from government and coaches and showed strong commitment.
Mr Adams thanked God for the victory and the team’s renewed belief. The win in Morocco brings Ghana just one point away from qualifying for the 2026 World Cup. Four second-half goals sealed Ghana’s place at the top of Group I. The Minister said he urged players to ignore negative comments and focus on their talent.
He encouraged them to use criticism as motivation to prove their worth. The big win has restored public confidence in the team after earlier poor results.
