South Africa’s Tumi Ramokgopa sealed her dominance at the African U18 & U-20 Championships by completing the 100m Hurdles and 400m Hurdles double, powering to GOLD in the U-20 women’s 400m hurdles with a winning time of 57.97s.
She left no doubt about her class, finishing well ahead of the field.
Mariem El Zahidi of Morocco took silver in 1:00.37s, while Nigeria’s Chidimma Innocent grabbed bronze with 1:00.46s.
