Nigeria’s U-20 boys, the Flying Eagles, have qualified for the final of the ongoing WAFU B U-20 tournament in Ghana after a tense encounter against their Niger Republic counterparts, culminating in a penalty shootout that ended 4-3 following a scoreless 90 minutes.
The result means the Flying Eagles are in the final of the competition, and will confront the winner of the second semi-final, between Ghana and Ivory Coast, in the final.
