Air Côte d’Ivoire will soon launch nonstop flights from Abidjan to Paris. The service begins on September 18 with its new Airbus A330-900neo.
This is the first wide-body aircraft ever acquired by an Ivorian airline. Flights will run daily between Abidjan and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The carrier has already grown regionally, adding routes to Niamey, Ouagadougou, Bamako, and Conakry. CEO Laurent Loukou says the Paris launch is both symbolic and strategic.
The aircraft features four travel classes with modern entertainment and comfort. A second A330-900neo is expected to expand the airline’s intercontinental plans.
