President Alassane Ouattara has urged the Armed Forces to support youth education and civic values. He said young people must be guided to respect the laws of the Republic. The President stressed that youth employment, creativity, and engagement are key to the nation’s future. He praised efforts to build a strong sense of national duty among the youth.
Ouattara commended the military for securing the 2025 presidential and legislative elections. He said the peaceful polls strengthened democracy, stability, and national cohesion. The President also honoured soldiers injured or killed in service. Military leaders said the armed forces are now better equipped and well organised.
