Kim Lars Bjorkegren has been added to the Black Stars technical team for the 2026 World Cup. He is currently the head coach of the Black Queens. Bjorkegren recently led the Queens to a bronze medal at the 2024 WAFCON. He has also qualified the team for the 2026 Women’s AFCON in Morocco. French coach Alain Ravera has been appointed as an assistant coach.
Spanish coach José Daniel Martínez Alfonso joins as assistant coach and video analyst. Carlos Lozano Romero returns as team physiotherapist. Dwayne Peasah Paa Kwesi has been named performance coach to boost fitness and performance.
