The 2026 edition of Miss Diaspora Ghana has been launched in Accra. The event took place at Accra City Hotel with key stakeholders present. The Ghana Tourism Authority says the initiative goes beyond beauty. Richard Anane Nsiah described it as a platform to strengthen diaspora ties. Programmes like the Year of Return continue to support this goal.
Organisers say women in the diaspora play a key role in national development. The winner will lead a project on the Akuapem Ridge. This project will support skills training, cassava processing, and youth entrepreneurship.
