More than 150 terrorists, including commanders, fighters and affiliates, have surrendered to troops of Operation Hadin Kai in the past week.
The military says the figure represents a sharp increase from the previous week, when more than 50 suspects surrendered.
Acting Military Information Officer, Captain Mohammed Goni, says sustained intelligence-led operations are weakening terrorist networks.
He says those who surrendered have been profiled and documented, while troops continue efforts to restore lasting peace across the North-East.
