Rwandan President Paul Kagame has described recent efforts to disarm the FDLR rebel group as superficial.
He says Rwanda will remain concerned as long as the group continues to operate.
Foreign Minister Olivier Nduhungirehe also criticised a recently announced disarmament protocol as politically motivated.
Kagame further criticised international sanctions against Rwanda as diplomatic efforts continue over eastern Congo.
