The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has intercepted captagon and millions of opioid pills worth more than N6.2 billion at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos.
NDLEA says the captagon seizure was valued at more than N1.5 billion, while about 3.9 million opioid tablets worth over N4.6 billion were recovered. The agency also reported arrests and drug recoveries in Lagos and Port Harcourt as part of its nationwide operations.
