Campagne Café-Cacao 2025–2026

Côte d’Ivoire has officially launched the 2025–2026 coffee and cocoa campaign with measures aimed at protecting farmers’ incomes. The Organisation interprofessionnelle agricole (OIA) Café-Cacao has welcomed the government’s decision to purchase the entire cocoa output at the fixed official price.

Authorities say the move will reduce price speculation and ensure stability in the cocoa market. It is also expected to guarantee fair earnings for farmers across major cocoa-growing regions. The government believes the policy will strengthen confidence in the sector. Cocoa remains a key pillar of Côte d’Ivoire’s economy and rural livelihoods.

Stakeholders say the decision could improve planning and production levels. The campaign highlights the state’s continued commitment to regulating the cocoa industry.
