CCI-Togo Launches First Innovation Fair

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Togo (CCI-Togo) will host the first Togo Inventions and Innovations Fair (F2I-Togo) from March 9 to 12, 2026. The event will take place at the University of Lomé and will run alongside the 7th CAMES Scientific Days.

About 1,000 researchers from Togo and abroad are expected to attend the scientific gathering. The initiative is led by the Research and Innovation Results Implementation Unit (UIRRI). Organisers say the fair aims to bridge the gap between academic research and the market. Priority sectors include agri-food, renewable energy, health, and artificial intelligence.

A national competition, “M2I-Togo 2025,” will select 12 finalist projects from submitted applications. Five winners will receive technical and financial support to help industrialise their innovations.
