President Bola Tinubu has ordered an investigation into Meta, Google, X and generative AI platforms over allegations of exploiting content from Nigerian media organisations.
The FCCPC says the probe will examine claims of anti-competitive practices and the unauthorized use of copyrighted news content to train AI models.
