Project to Support Rural Communities

The Rainforest Alliance and the Coca‑Cola Foundation have launched a new initiative in Côte d’Ivoire to support rural communities. The project, known as FLOURISH, aims to improve the livelihoods of farmers and families in rural areas. It focuses on strengthening environmental protection and sustainable farming practices. The initiative will also help communities become more resilient to climate change. Local farmers are expected to receive training and support to improve their agricultural methods.

The project will promote better management of forests and natural resources. Organisers say the programme will benefit both the environment and rural economies. It is part of wider efforts to support sustainable development in the country.
