The National Orientation Agency has launched the CLHEEAN mobile app, an AI-powered platform designed to bridge communication between government and citizens on policies and programmes.
The app provides civic education, real-time updates, and multilingual AI support in Yoruba, Hausa, and Igbo. Director-General Lanre Issa-Onilu said it aims to ensure every Nigerian can access information and be heard.
