Current trade stood at about $132.4 million in 2023. Canada mainly exports vehicles and equipment, while Togo exports agricultural goods like soy products. Canada also supports Togo in education, health, and gender equality.
This support reached nearly $24.9 million between 2022 and 2023. Both sides highlighted the importance of peace and security for economic growth. Canada is helping Togo fight crime and improve security in the Gulf of Guinea.
