The Liberia National Police says INTERPOL has approved the cancellation of more than €356,000 in outstanding arrears accumulated between 2004 and 2018.
Additional debts covering 2019 to 2025 will be restructured into a four-year repayment plan. Authorities say the agreement restores Liberia’s full participation in international policing operations including intelligence sharing, fugitive tracking, and cooperation against transnational organised crime.
