China has officially handed over a $56.5 million ECOWAS headquarters complex in Abuja known as the “Eye of West Africa.” The facility includes conference halls, offices, and medical and recreational amenities.
ECOWAS leaders praised the timely completion of the project and called it a symbol of regional cooperation. Nigeria urged member states to strengthen unity for economic integration.
