The African Students for Interfaith Tolerance organized its fifth Interfaith Solidarity March in Walewale today. The event brought together Muslims, Christians, and traditional leaders to promote peaceful coexistence. Participants marched through parts of the town carrying messages of unity and tolerance. Community leaders encouraged young people to reject violence and religious division.
The programme also included prayers and discussions on national peace. Organizers said the event aimed to strengthen harmony among different faith groups in Ghana. Residents and students from nearby schools joined the activities. The march ended with calls for continued dialogue and mutual respect across communities.
