The Nigeria National Park Service and Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission have partnered to strengthen transparency across national parks. The initiative was formalised in Abuja with the inauguration of an Anti-Corruption and Transparency Unit.
Conservator-General Ibrahim Goni said the move will tackle corruption and protect institutional integrity. Fourteen personnel from seven parks were inducted, with emphasis on collaboration, accountability, and ethical conduct.
