Ghana Football Association has dismissed Otto Addo as head coach of the Black Stars. The decision takes immediate effect following recent poor results. Ghana lost two pre–World Cup friendly matches against Austria and Germany in March. These defeats raised concerns about the team’s readiness. In an official statement, the FA thanked Addo for his service.
They also wished him success in his future career. The FA says it will soon announce a new technical direction. This change comes as Ghana prepares for the FIFA World Cup 2026.
