The goal is to strengthen the national team and speed up the 2026 work plan. Key investments include irrigation zones, storage facilities, and rural road studies. These projects aim to boost productivity and reduce post-harvest losses.
Officials also inspected a development site in Agbatitoè to assess progress. The programme promotes cross-border trade with Benin, especially in vegetables. Findings from the mission will guide a mid-term review later in 2026.
