The Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities has urged the Federal Government to fully implement the Disability Prohibition Act signed in 2018. The group says poor compliance continues to deny millions of Nigerians equal access and opportunities.
Speaking in Abuja, the association called on ministries and agencies to comply with the law. It also unveiled accessibility facilities at a primary school and appealed for further improvements to support pupils with disabilities.
